I need to clarify 2 incorrect points in this article. It’s section 152 of the Internal Revenue Code in relation to FERPA. As to my quote “I want to be clear that I am not blaming anyone for the suicide”, this is not accurate. The statement should read ” I want to be clear that I am not blaming any one individual for the suicide”.
